Please bring a government-issued photo ID and your completed documents. All signers must appear in person and present their own government-issued photo ID.

Yes. In-office appointments are scheduled in a private setting, so your notarization is handled without interruptions or competing counter traffic. 

Yes. I provide mobile notary appointments at workplaces throughout Birmingham, as well as homes and other agreed locations, including evenings and Saturdays for added convenience. 

Absolutely! I offer mobile services throughout Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas for seniors, homebound individuals, and clients in care facilities, ensuring every signing is handled with patience, professionalism, and respect. 

Yes. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm. We are closed on Sundays. 

Same-day appointments are offered during regular business hours, based on availability. Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm.  

I provide mobile service throughout the greater Birmingham area and up to 50 miles from our office location. 

I accept all major debit and credit cards, Zelle, and cash. An invoice can be provided for all services.
