Alabama Apostille for Business Documents

call FOR apostille SERVICE

Avoid Processing Delays and Missed International Deadlines

Prepare Business Documents for International Use

Whether expanding internationally or forming business partnerships, Alabama business documents such as Certificates of Existence, Certificates of Good Standing, Articles of Incorporation, corporate resolutions, and other company records are reviewed before submission to confirm they are ready for apostille processing.

Turnaround Time for State Processing

Standard Alabama apostille processing is typically completed within 3-5 business days. For customers with flexible timelines, processing of up to 2 weeks is also available. Same-day service may be available for documents that are ready for apostille processing.

If certified records must be obtained before apostille processing can begin, additional time may be required.

Pricing

Services start at $125 for the first document, including state fee. Multi-document orders benefit from reduced per-document pricing. Certified translation services and domestic or international return shipping are quoted separately.

Call or text us at (205) 615-6242 to discuss your document requirements or submit your documents online to receive a quote.

How the Apostille Process Works

Step 1: Document Review

Start your apostille request by uploading your documents, calling our office, or mailing your documents for processing. Documents are reviewed for apostille eligibility and any additional requirements.

Step 2: Confirm Order

Receive a quote based on your specific documents and requested processing timeframe. Once approved, your order is prepared for submission.

Step 3: Submission and Return

Your documents are submitted for apostille processing and returned by pickup, mail, or shipping according to your instructions.

Apostille FAQs

Concise answers to common questions, helping you navigate apostille requirements with clarity and confidence.

No. A notary public does not issue an apostille. Apostilles are issued by the appropriate issuing authority, such as a state Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State, depending on the document.

Yes. Multiple documents can be submitted in the same request.

Certified and sworn translation services are coordinated after apostille processing. Translation fees are quoted separately.

Completed documents may be picked up in office or shipped with tracking to a domestic or international address. Shipping fees apply.

Our expertise is in apostille services for Hague Convention countries. Embassy legalization for non-Hague countries (such as UAE, China, Vietnam, or Saudi Arabia) requires a different process that we don't currently offer.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and cash.
