Mobile ink fingerprinting is available within a 30 mile radius of our Birmingham office. FD-258 fingerprint cards are completed on-site at your location.
What You’ll Need for Your Appointment
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID available at the time of service.
- Provide any required agency information, including an ORI number.
If an FD-258 fingerprint card is not provided, one will be supplied during the appointment.
What to Expect
Fingerprinting typically takes only a few minutes. Your prints are completed during service, and FD-258 cards are returned the same day, ready for submission.

- In-office fingerprinting is $49 and includes up to two fingerprint cards. Additional cards are $15 each.
- Mobile fingerprinting is $95 within a 20-mile radius and includes up to two fingerprint cards. Additional cards are $15 each.
Yes. Fingerprinting is completed by scheduled appointment.
Provide them if they were issued by your requesting agency. If not, FD-258 fingerprint cards will be available during your appointment.

Most appointments are brief, depending on the number of cards and the information that needs to be completed.

Yes. If more than two fingerprint cards are required, they can be completed during the same appointment. Additional fingerprint cards are $15 each.
Acceptance of fingerprint cards is determined by the receiving agency. If a card is rejected, a new set of fingerprints will need to be completed for resubmission. A new appointment will be required.
No. Fingerprint cards are provided to you at the end of the appointment so they can be submitted according to the instructions given by the requesting agency.
Yes. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 9PM and Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Fingerprinting services are limited to ink fingerprinting on FD-258 fingerprint cards. Acceptance of fingerprint cards is determined solely by the requesting agency. While care is taken to produce clear prints, acceptance or rejection is outside the control of the service provider. Clients are responsible for confirming fingerprint format and submission requirements with the requesting agency before their appointment.
