Whether you're submitting documentation for licensing, employment, immigration, or adoption, PRIVATE IN-OFFICE or MOBILE appointments provide precise fingerprint impressions without crowded testing sites or waiting rooms. Completed fingerprint cards are returned to you the same day during your appointment, and up to two FD-258 fingerprint cards are included.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Fingerprinting typically takes only a few minutes. If an FD-258 fingerprint card is not provided, one will be supplied during the appointment.


  • Have a valid government-issued photo ID available at the time of service.
  • Provide any required agency information, including an ORI number.

Our Print Quality Guarantee

While rejections are uncommon, if the requesting agency notifies you that your fingerprint cards were rejected due to fingerprint quality, we will re-roll your fingerprints at no additional charge.

Common Questions

Provide them if they were issued by your requesting agency. If not, FD-258 fingerprint cards will be available during your appointment. 

Yes. On-site group fingerprinting is available for businesses and organizations. Pricing is based on group size and location. Submit a request by phone or email for a custom quote:

Your FD-258 fingerprint cards are completed during your appointment and returned to you at the end of service, ready for submission. 

If your fingerprint card is rejected solely due to fingerprint quality, we will re-roll your fingerprints at no additional charge. Rejections for any reason other than fingerprint quality are not covered under our Print Quality Guarantee and will require a new appointment at the applicable fee. 

Yes. Appointment availability is shown online. If you do not see a suitable appointment time, call or text to inquire about additional availability.
