Certified translations are frequently required when submitting documents such as:

  • And other official documents to government agencies, universities, consulates, or international authorities. 

Submitting a Translation Request

To begin Certified Translation Coordination, submit a clear copy of the document that requires translation. Once the document is received, you will be provided with a quote and an approximate completion time.


After the quote is approved, the document is forwarded to a qualified translator. When the translation is completed, the certified translation is returned with the translator’s signed certification statement confirming the translation is accurate and complete.


Some countries require translation to be completed in the destination country by a government or court-authorized translator after apostille. Translation coordination is not provided for those countries.

Yes. Each completed translation includes the translator’s signed certification statement confirming the translation is accurate and complete. 


Yes. Certified translation requests are limited to 225 pages per submission. If your document exceeds this limit, submit multiple requests or contact us for coordination options.


A sworn translation is completed by a translator authorized by a court or government authority to certify translations. If a sworn translation is required, the request can be coordinated with a qualified sworn translator.


Yes. Certified translations are often required when documents are prepared for international use and apostille processing.
