Alabama Diploma and Transcript Apostille

In Alabama, diplomas and transcripts must be notarized by a currently commissioned Alabama notary public before submission for apostille. School registrar signatures and school seals alone are not acceptable. The apostille authenticates the notary’s signature, not the educational institution.
